Wonderful Packer bar in downtown Prairie Du Chien Wisconsin. Great hospitality and they make an awesome pizza. Locals are fun to conversate with about the town and local wine tasting places nearby. Awesome place to stop and have drinks and a bloody mary.

Beer was ice cold plus was given an eight ounce frosted glass to pour into. Beautiful. Got to visit with regulars which was very entertaining. Will go back.

Best bloodys in town

Stopped in while in town for dinner. Be warned the only thing on the menu is pizza, but it's good pizza! The guy who runs the bar is super nice and made sure we had everything we needed, and the prices were reasonable too. I'd be back again in a heartbeat!

Always a great place, an old time tavern

Great local pizza place! We took our family of five here after a day at Wyalusing State Park and it was the perfect ending to a great day. The owner is so welcoming and met every need we had- even bringing out freeze pops for the kids at the end of our pizza. Great prices,too. Make the stop!

Stopped Saturday for a Heilemans "Old Style ", had 2. Cold beer & Hot Bartenders. 🙂

Best pizza in Prairie Du Chien, good service, comfortable atmosphere.Kinda hard to get to but worth the trip.

I really enjoy this neighborhood meeting place and watering hole. When you walk you feel comfortable immediately, I think. The staff and the people enjoying themselves there are welcoming and friendly. The drinks are good and food is served there. I enjoy the building as well with it's older wooden porch and the wooden railings and latticed overhead, as well as the pressed tin squared ceiling and overhead ceiling fans. People seem to feel very comfortable there. I do. I live two hours away and have been there three times now, and I look forward to stopping by again for a cool beverage and easy conversation.
